Faster Unit Turnovers: Junk Removal for NEPA Property Managers

When a tenant moves out and leaves furniture, trash, or a full garage behind, every day that unit sits vacant costs rent. Property managers in Northeast PA and the Poconos need a cleanout crew that can clear the space fast so leasing can restart — without your maintenance team spending a weekend at the dump.

WeDoCleanouts handles unit turnovers, eviction clear-outs, and vacant-property junk removal across seven counties: Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming.

What we clear for property managers

• Tenant move-out and unit turnover cleanouts

• Eviction and vacant-property clear-outs

• Furniture, appliances, mattresses, and bagged trash

• Basement, garage, and storage leftovers

• Estate or inherited units under management

Same-day or next-day scheduling is normal for us when the job fits the calendar.

Why managers use a dedicated cleanout crew

Your staff should stay on leasing, work orders, and owner updates — not loading a dump trailer. We quote upfront before work starts, load and haul everything ourselves, and can send before/after photos for owner files when you need documentation.

That matters whether the property is in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Clarks Summit, Stroudsburg, or farther into Pike and Wayne.

How a typical turn works

1. Call or text with the property address, access notes, and what’s left inside.

2. We confirm a same-day or next-day window that fits your re-lease timeline.

3. Our crew clears the unit and leaves it ready for cleaners, contractors, or showings.

Mention that you’re a property manager (and the company name) so we can prioritize repeat turns.

Serving property managers across seven counties

We are set up for managers who cover more than one market — Scranton–Wilkes-Barre and the Poconos in the same portfolio. One preferred cleanout number beats hunting a new hauler every time a tenant leaves a mess.
